Justin Hart

Justin J. Hart joined Kobayashi Sugita & Goda in 2025. His primary focus is commercial litigation,
construction and land use issues.

Education
Mr. Hart earned his Juris Doctor from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah,
where he earned an Outstanding Achievement Award for Trademark & Unfair Competition. During law
school, Mr. Hart externed with the Salt Lake County District Attorney's office as well as Hawaiian Electric
Company.

Before law school, Mr. Hart graduated summa cum laude from Ashford University (now part of the
University of Arizona Global Campus) with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Professional Associations
Mr. Hart is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in all state and
federal courts in the State of Hawaii.
