We provide legal services in the areas of commercial and development

developers before governmental agencies in land use and zoning entitlement
matters, subdivisions, condominium documentation, real property
title disputes and challenges, and real property development. We
represent or have represented owners on numerous commercial properties
and developments in Hawaii, and the owners' interests in numerous
large office, retail and resort projects. We are actively monitoring
their business activities, and provide management and operational
analysis and advice.

financing; dealing with land use and environmental issues; and reviewing
lease documentation for financial institutions, insurance companies
