advising owners, developers, contractors and lenders with respect to
environmental compliance, liability and exposure; covering a broad
spectrum of environmental litigation, consultation and regulatory
matters, such as violations of Clean Water Act, cost recovery matters
under CERCLA, releases from underground storage tanks, closure of
underground storage tanks, due diligence investigations of properties
for environmental contamination, and toxic Tort cases; and assisting
clients with entry into the State of Hawaii Voluntary Response Program.
We work closely with the State Department of Health, the Attorney
General's office and Region Nine of the EPA. Our lawyers have developed
relationships with local and national environmental experts, and we
have the ability to manage teams of experts from different disciplines
to produce an integrated approach to resolving client problems. |
