We handle complex litigation and arbitration for construction contracts or construction issues involving Owners and Contractors, and also mediate all aspects of the relationships between and among: owners, contractors, architects, engineers and consultants. We have worked on cases involving: breach of contract, cost overruns, problem change orders, mechanic's and materialman's liens, performance and payment bonds, and vendor and subcontractor problems.

We have been practicing in this area for more than 20 years and several of our attorneys have taught construction seminars for different PLI organizations, the University of Hawaii at Manoa and contractor and subcontractor clients.
