We have worked with, negotiated, and drafted Owner-Contractor lump-sum contracts, time and material contracts, time and material contracts with guaranteed maximums, design build contracts, and all related construction documents including, but not limited to: lien waivers, indemnity agreements and settlement agreements. We have also assisted client developers in formalizing several substantial responses to governmental Requests for Proposals.
