We hire all new associates with the hope that they will find working at Kobayashi, Sugita & Goda a satisfying and rewarding experience and that they will eventually become partners in the Firm. To aid associates in tracking their progress, we schedule regular evaluations during which an associate can discuss his or her professional development and advancement toward partnership.
