Mr. Yee joined Kobayashi, Sugita
& Goda in 1999 and began his practice in general civil
litigation, with a focus on construction contract litigation,
and environmental tort litigation. He has participated in
complex litigation matters, defending environmental
remediation and mass-toxic tort claims. He has also been
involved in the litigation of a number of trust and probate
cases.
Mr. Yee has since expanded his
practice to include the representation of creditors in the
litigation of complex commercial loan matters, including
bankruptcy issues, lender liability and foreclosure-related
litigation. Most
recently, he represented a major creditor of Aloha Airlines in
its Chapter 11 bankruptcy
reorganization.
Mr. Yee is a member of the American
and Hawaii State Bar Associations.
